Increasing General Accident Policy

• Benefits increase 10% each year for the first 10 years

• After the tenth year all benefits have doubled

• Guaranteed renewable to the insured's 70th birthday

Accident-Only Hospital Confinement -Plus-

• Coverage at a cost you can afford

• Hospital admission benefit (Accident only):

  • 1 Unit $150 per admission

  • 2 Units $300 per admission

• Daily Indemnity amounts $150 per day or $300 per day

• Hospital confinement benefits will be equal to the amount charged, but will not exceed one-half the daily indemnity amount purchased (This benefit is payable one time per accident)

• Follow up treatment: Maximum of 3 treatments per accident

• Benefits are payable directly to you, unless assigned by you to the hospital or doctors's office

• Guaranteed renewable to age 65 of the insured
